After registering WeCom, why are employees unable to log in?

There are several reasons why an individual may not be able to log in to WeCom:

  1. The most common reason is that the mobile phone number has been entered incorrectly. Once entered incorrectly, the system is unable to retrieve the enterprise the user belongs to, thereby preventing login. In this case, simply ensure that the mobile phone number entered is correct.
  2. The user's enterprise has not yet been verified on WeCom, thus preventing login. To resolve this, ensure that the enterprise has completed and passed the verification process on WeCom.
  3. Although the enterprise has been verified onWeCom, it has not invited the employee to join, which also prevents the employee from logging in. To address this, make sure that the employee has been invited to join WeCom.
